Steel Export Packaging: Seaworthy Packing Standards for International Shipping
Proper packaging is the difference between products arriving in perfect condition and arriving damaged. Ocean freight involves 15-45 days through varying climates.
Why Seaworthy Packaging Matters
Steel faces condensation (container rain), salt spray, mechanical shocks, stacking pressure, and temperature swings. Without proper packaging, even premium steel arrives with rust, edge damage, or deformation.
